Wheel Cleaner (acid-based)

Acid wheel cleaner for bonded brake dust, rust and road grime. It’s ready to use, so it goes on neat, works for around 30 seconds and rinses off. Built for valeters and fleet wash bays. This is a strong acid-based cleaner, so keep it off refurbished alloys and test an inconspicuous area first.

• Ready to use. No ratio to measure and nothing to get wrong at the mixing station. It goes straight onto the wheel.
• Around 30 seconds of contact time. Apply, agitate, rinse, and the next vehicle isn’t waiting on a long dwell.
• Hydrochloric acid at 9% w/w. You know exactly what’s going on your customers’ wheels. Not every acid wheel cleaner names its acid.
• Works on brake dust, rust and road grime. It attacks the bonded iron deposits a brush alone leaves behind.
• For alloy and steel wheels. Not refurbished alloys. For those, the acid-free wheel cleaner is the one to look at.
• 1L, 5L, 25L and 1000L. One bay or a whole fleet. The 1L and 5L are online, the 25L and 1000L are quote only.

Directions for use

If needed, carefully dispense liquid into a smaller container suitable for your intended application.

1. Apply directly on the area to be cleaned
2. Leave it to soak for approximately 30 seconds, but do not allow it to dry out
3. Agitate with a soft brush or cloth
4. Repeat in necessary
5. Rinse thoroughly with clean water removing all residues.

IMPORTANT: Do not use on refurbished alloy wheels

There’s no dilution table. It’s ready to use and works neat.

Causes skin irritation. Causes serious eye irritation. Contact with eyes and skin should be avoided. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. IF IN EYES: Wash with plenty of water. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Do not use for medical or hygiene purposes. Do not mix with any other preparations. Do not ingest. If product is ingested, then seek medical advice. Always test on an inconspicuous area prior to use and only proceed when satisfied with the results. Rinse hands after use.
