A water-based bug and tar remover for vehicle exteriors, ready to use from the container. It softens dried insects and road tar on windscreens, bodywork, headlights and number plates, so a splattered front end rinses clean instead of needing a scrub.
Features and benefits
- Water-based, not solvent-based. There’s nothing flammable to store.
- Ready to use. It goes on neat, so every operator sprays the same strength.
- No GB-CLP hazard classification. No pictogram and no signal word on the container. It’s still alkaline at pH 12.85, so keep it off skin and eyes and test a hidden area first.
- 1L to 1000L. The same liquid in a bottle for a drive or an IBC for a yard. The 25L and the 1000L are quote only.

Directions for use
- Spray on top the area to be treated.
- Leave to dwell for 30 seconds.
- Agitate with a soft cloth if necessary.
- Rinse with fresh water.
- Repeat if necessary.
Always test in a hidden area prior to use and only proceed when satisfied with the results.
There’s no dilution rate. It goes on neat, and it’s a spot treatment and pre-wash rather than the wash itself. Follow it with snow foam on a car, or a fleet traffic film remover across a yard.
Safety and ingredients
This is a cleaner, not a disinfectant. It carries no kill claim and no GB-CLP hazard classification.
