Bloom wipes berry burst

Bloomz Berry Burst antibacterial cleaning wipes come pre-moistened and ready to use, so there’s nothing to dilute and no cloth to wash afterwards. Pull one from the resealable pack, clean the surface, leave it to dry, then bin the wipe. At £2.50 a pack they’re a spot-cleaning wipe for between full cleans, not a replacement for a disinfectant you dilute and dose.

• No published EN standard. Bloomz calls these antibacterial but doesn’t cite EN 1276 or a contact time, so they won’t cover you for an audited cleaning routine.

Bloomz gives these directions:

1. Open the pack by peeling back the label and remove a wipe.
2. Reseal pack to prevent moisture loss and wipes drying out.
3. Clean the surface as required.
4. Leave to dry naturally.
5. Throw away wipe after use in the general household waste, DO NOT dispose of down a toilet.

There’s nothing to dilute and no dose to get right. Test an inconspicuous area before you commit to a finish you care about.

Bloomz publishes no EN standard, no test conditions and no contact time for these wipes, so there’s no efficacy claim on this page. Bloomz publishes these warnings: “Do not use with other cleaning products. All surfaces vary in quality, test on an inconspicuous area before use. These wipes are not suitable for use on soft furnishings.

“Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and damaged skin. To avoid potential skin irritation wash hands thoroughly after handling. Do not use for personal hygiene.”
