Washing up liquid orange is Emchem’s hand dish detergent, for catering kitchens, staff rooms, wash-ups and the sink at home. It goes straight into the bowl and cuts through grease, oily residue and baked-on food, so dishes, glasses and cookware come out clean.
Features and benefits
- Non-ionic surfactants, declared at <5%. They lift and suspend oily soil so it rinses away with the wash water.
- Soak-first for baked-on food. Heavy soil comes off with contact time, not with a heavier dose.
- Orange fragrance. The scent stays in the kitchen after the washing up’s done.
- 1L and 5L. The 1L for a domestic sink or a staff kitchen, the 5L where the throughput justifies it.
- Scoped to washing up, not hygiene. It’s a detergent and it makes no disinfection or sanitising claim. If you need a kill claim on a worktop, that’s a different product.

Directions for use
- Simply apply a small amount of the dish soap to your washing bowl.
- Add your dishes and proceed to clean using a brush, sponge and/or cloth.
- For heavily soiled dishes, glasses and utensils: leave items to soak in the solution for a short while to make cleaning easier.
- Always test in a hidden area and only proceed when satisfied with the results.
No dilution ratio is stated for this one. A small amount into the bowl is the dose, and heavy soil is handled by soaking rather than by using more.

Part of the Domestic & Facility Cleaning range. Pair it with a jumbo sponge or a cloth from cloths, microfibre and sponges. If you need to sanitise a surface rather than wash up, use kitchen sanitiser instead.
