Graffiti remover gel

Graffiti remover gel is a ready-to-use solvent and surfactant gel for spray paint and tags, made for councils, facilities teams and cleaning contractors. Nothing gets measured or mixed. Apply it straight onto the graffiti, leave it five minutes, scrub gently with a brush or cloth, then rinse off with water.

Features and benefits

• Ready to use. No dilution rate and no mixing jug, so the strength on the wall doesn’t vary with who made it up.
• Gel, not a thin liquid. A gel stays where you put it rather than running off, so the dwell happens on the tag and not on the pavement.
• Five-minute dwell, stated. A figure you can plan a round against, rather than a range you have to guess at.
• Water rinse, brush or cloth. The anionic and non-ionic surfactants carry the softened paint off in water, so you finish with a rinse, not a second solvent.
• A named graffiti solvent. N,N-dimethyl-9-decenamide is declared below. It’s a high-solvency amide that evaporates slowly, so it stays wet through the dwell.
• 1L, 5L and 25L. The 1L and 5L go straight in the basket. The 25L is an enquiry line rather than an online order.
• What it isn’t. Test a small hidden area first and check the result before you go further. It isn’t a disinfectant, it isn’t for medical or hygiene purposes, and it doesn’t get mixed with any other preparation.

Directions for use

1. Always test on a small, hidden area before full application.
2. Apply the remover directly onto the graffiti.
3. Allow to dwell for 5 minutes (longer for stubborn stains).
4. Scrub gently with a brush or cloth.
5. Rinse thoroughly with water or wipe with a damp cloth.

There’s no dilution table for this one because there’s nothing to dilute. It goes on neat, straight from the container. For volume work where a dilutable product suits better, the graffiti remover concentrate dilutes up to 1:3 with water. It’s a separate formulation, not this gel thinned down.
