Graffiti remover concentrate

Graffiti remover concentrate is a solvent and surfactant liquid for removing graffiti, made for facilities teams and cleaning contractors dealing with repeat tagging. Because it’s a concentrate you’ve got two strengths from one product: neat on a stubborn tag, or diluted up to 1:3 with water, the weakest mix allowed. The method is the same either way. Apply, leave it five minutes, scrub gently, rinse off with water.

Features and benefits

• Dilutes up to 1:3. A 1L makes up to 4L of working solution and a 5L up to 20L.
• Use it neat. Apply it straight onto the graffiti, or dilute it up to 1:3 when you don’t need the full strength.
• Five-minute dwell. That’s the time the solvent has to soften the paint film before you scrub. Stubborn ones can have longer.
• Water rinse, brush or cloth. The surfactants carry the softened paint off in water, so you finish with a rinse or a damp cloth.
• 1L, 5L and 25L. The 1L and 5L go straight in the basket. The 25L is priced on enquiry.
• What it isn’t. There’s no published surface list, either way, so test a small hidden area first and only carry on once you’re satisfied. It isn’t a disinfectant, it isn’t for medical or hygiene purposes, and it doesn’t get mixed with any other preparation.

Directions for use

1. Always test on a small, hidden area before full application.
2. Apply the remover directly onto the graffiti.
3. Allow to dwell for 5 minutes (longer for stubborn stains).
4. Scrub gently with a brush or cloth.
5. Rinse thoroughly with water or wipe with a damp cloth.

IMPORTANT: Can be diluted up to 1 parts product to 3 parts water.

That 1:3 is the weakest permitted mix, not a recommended rate, and neat application is allowed. At 1:3 a 1L makes up to 4L of working solution, a 5L up to 20L and a 25L up to 100L. That’s arithmetic from the ratio, not a coverage figure. There’s no published square metres per litre for this product.

If product is ingested, then seek medical advice. Always test on an inconspicuous area prior to use and only proceed when satisfied with the results. Rinse hands after use.
