Bio Wheel Cleaner is a ready-to-use, non-acidic wheel cleaner for valeting bays, fleet washes and home drives. There’s nothing to dilute: it goes on neat, soaks for two minutes, then rinses off with clean water. It’s water based and solvent-free. Despite the name, it isn’t a disinfectant and there are no enzymes in it.
Features and benefits
- Non-acidic, at pH 12.85. No acid to store and no corrosive pictogram. Non-acidic isn’t pH neutral, so some finishes still need checking first.
- Ready to use. No ratio to measure, so the bay gets the same result whoever picks up the bottle.
- Two-minute dwell. The soak does the work, so keep it wet for the full two minutes.
- Solvent-free and non-flammable. VOC below 0.001% and a flash point above 250°C, so storage isn’t a fire question.
- Non-abrasive. Cleaning is chemical, so you’re not scouring the finish to get a result.
- One mix from 1L to 1000L. A 5L is £12.99 and the same formula comes in an IBC, so nothing changes as you scale up.

Directions for use
If needed, carefully dispense liquid into a smaller container suitable for your intended application.
- Apply directly onto the area to be cleaned
- Leave to soak for two minutes, but do not allow to dry out
- Agitate with a soft brush or cloth
- Repeat if necessary
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water removing all residues
Use it neat. There’s no dilution rate for this one. Step 3 wants a Vikan large soft alloy wheel brush or a 500 gsm red microfibre cloth.
It’s confirmed for lacquered wheels. We can’t confirm diamond-cut, polished, anodised, Dura-Bright, chrome or bare aluminium, so email Emma at emma@emchem.co.uk before you use it on those. Test an inconspicuous area first, whatever the finish. There’s an acid-based option in the Wheel Cleaners range, and it needs more care, not less.

Classified non hazardous under GB-CLP. No pictogram, signal word or hazard statement applies, and none is printed on the container.

If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Do not use for medical or hygiene purposes. Do not mix with any other preparations. Do not ingest. If product is ingested, then seek medical advice. Always test on an inconspicuous area prior to use and only proceed when satisfied with the results. Rinse hands after use.
