Robert Scott microfibre cloths, 40 x 40cm, 10 to a pack in colour-coded blue. Used damp they clean hard surfaces with water alone. Used dry, they dust. Washable and reusable, at 65p a cloth.
Green microfibre cloths from Robert Scott, ten to a pack at 40 x 40 cm. Colour-coded cleaning systems set green aside for food-preparation areas. Machine washable, and they clean damp with no detergent.
Pink microfibre cloths from Robert Scott, 10 per pack at 40 x 40cm. Pink stands in for the red sanitary code, so the washroom cloth stays out of food areas. Cleans damp with water alone, and washes for reuse.
Yellow microfibre cloths from Robert Scott, 40 x 40 cm, ten to a pack. Colour-coded so they stay in one zone. Check which yellow your site's scheme runs before you issue them.

Robert Scott Hygiemix socket mop head, 200g, on a screw-fit thread with a colour-coded stayflat band. Washable to 60°C and made in Britain. At £2.85 you replace the head and keep the handle.
