Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact emma@emchem.com within 5 days to arrange a replacement.
Product Availability
Emchem prides itself on providing effective, innovative, and premium products online. Some of our featured items may be available only in limited quantities or while supplies last. Once an item is out of stock, we will attempt to remove it promptly from the website. Displaying an item on the Emchem website does not guarantee that the item is currently in stock. If you are unable to locate a particular item that caught your attention on a previous visit to the Site, or if you have any questions about the availability of a specific item, please contact hello@emchem.com. Input Errors
Emchem is not responsible for any spelling errors or mistakes entered by the customer during the ordering process. Once we have identified the mistakes, orders may take up to 15 days to arrive.

Pricing
Prices displayed on our website are quoted in GBP currency and are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom. Prices are subject to change and cannot be matched to prices seen elsewhere.
Payment
Payment is due upon ordering. No order can be dispatched without confirmation from our bank that your payment has been received. Online payment is accepted via Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, and Visa.

SHIPPING INFO
Emchem, please note that orders £500 or over are free in the UK or £65.00 per pallet. If you have any special delivery requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 5 days of arrival. We do not offer refunds but are happy to replace any damaged goods.
